two big tracks leaked this week: a new kanye west single and the drizzy hova collaboration. lyrically, power is exactly what i expected from the loui vuitton don. martin louie the king jr went on vacation after stuntin’ on some country singer and he returns with a song that says “fuck snl and the whole cast, tell em yeezy said they can kiss my whole ass” … case in point, do not ridicule a diamond selling artist with twelve grammys. a jay-z feature is due to light up drake’s debut album but i’m kinda biased towards the so-called freshman, and not in a positive way. shawn carter’s verse concludes with “sorry mama i promised they wouldn’t change me but i would’ve went insane had i remained the same me.” now would somebody tell the roc nation founder that he’s getting old and it’s time for a baby. just saying. on a site note, isn’t it great how rappers have so many aliases, i didn’t have to repeat myself in this post. here’s some music to south the soul. peace.
